* Promote, support, professionally produce, present and advance the art of
grand opera in our community.

* Promote opera education by conducting Opera Studies programs through a
partnership with the Vero Beach Museum of Art and by presenting Master
Classes conducted by world-class opera singers.

* Sponsor professional singers of classical and semi-classical music from
the community.

* Provide talented, accomplished local artists the opportunity to perform
through our Resident Artists Program.

* Award vocal scholarships to college-bound Indian River County students
majoring in Vocal/Music Performance or Education and piano scholarships to
young students who show great promise and commitment but have financial
need.
